The fishing is starting to kick in.  Winter flounder are getting caught in decent  numbers to make it worth while to spend the day out there. The key here is to go heavy on the chum mussels, clams, a can of corn. Blood worms and  mussel baits should do the trick. There reports of tog should start any day but the season will be a short one as the four fish limit will end on April 30th. The blue fish are expected to start showing  in the next week or tow. The stripers are biting all over Graveling point is a good early spot should be a lot of shorts and a keeper from time to time. Check out Pebble Beach there is a good chance for Stripers and don't forget to bring your snagging  outfit with schools of big bunker passing offshore Big Bass will be there. Take the boat out Barnegat Inlet and try fishing the North jetty live bunker are the ticket here early morning of late evening so get out and give it a try.
